Delivery
- We deliver Australia wide, and can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.
- Postage and handling within Australian is $6.00 for the first item and then $2.00 for every item thereafter.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post.
- Higher rates apply for international delivery.
Despatch
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed and receipt of payment being confirmed. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us by emailing aus@portacone.com or phoning 03 5333 3889 to discuss your delivery time requirements needs before placing your order.
In Transit
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 03 5333 3889 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All products sold by Portacone Australia come with a full manufacturers 6 month warranty.
- Portacone Australia does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
